That’s no excuse for parking on double yellows though.

Something seems a little... off about this mini; the front looks like it’s a few inches longer than it should be.

Honestly though, it might be; many minis a bit like this one replace the original engine for something a bit larger; the rover k-series is a fairly popular swap. However, to get it to fit properly, the front needs lengthening, and the arches widening, which would likely explain the wheels, too
